All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 13-19 days for making 3-7 business days for shipping.

It is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you may leave the message of the size/color you needed as well as with your requirements when checkout.

Dress could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/Any requirements with you via email before Making.

If you can't get the correct size from the standard size chart, please contact our live chat to submit your detailed size measurement after checkout.

Please take note that colors may vary slightly from the pictures due to the nature of printing and other media used to show items.

Custom order is welcomed. Simply provide the picture or style of the dresses that you are favorite, we will then respond you with the cost required.

Alinasbridal wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by Florasbridal within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless alinasbridal is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
